Reflexology Treatments

Based in Dorset

I have been a qualified reflexologist for almost 10 years, training with the London School of Reflexology in 2017. Inspired by my mum, my approach is rooted in genuine care, creating a calm and supportive space where you can fully relax and reconnect.

Reflexology is a deeply relaxing, holistic therapy that supports the body’s natural healing processes. By applying precise techniques to the feet, I work on reflex points that correspond to different areas of the body. With thousands of nerve endings in the feet linked to the nervous system, this treatment can help ease tension, restore balance, and promote a sense of overall wellbeing.

I am a member of the Association of Reflexologists (A.O.R.) and am committed to maintaining the highest professional standards. Through ongoing training each year, I ensure my practice remains fully insured, up to date, and tailored to offer the best possible care.

Alongside foot reflexology, I am also trained in hand, spinal, and vertical reflexology. This allows me to create bespoke treatments designed around your individual needs—whether you are seeking deep relaxation, support during times of stress, or a moment of calm in a busy life.

I have worked with children, teenagers, wheelchair users, and adults of all ages — the eldest being 76 so far… and I’m looking forward to topping that record.

Frequently Asked Questions

What is Reflexology?

Reflexology is a non invasive complementary therapy, that has been around for thousands of years though for less than a hundred years it has been thought of as a therapy in the UK. Reflexology uses touch on the feet or hands through use of different pressures and techniques on each reflex, which can show us if the reflex area is out of balance. Each reflex links up to various parts of the body, including organs, joints, digestion, and hormones. It promotes deep relaxation and well being, reducing stress and compliments traditional medicine wonderfully.

Reflexology is not a tool to use to diagnose, it is not a cure, reflexology encourages to bodies own amazing self healing abilities to activate.

I trained with the London School of Reflexology (2017). I do continued development courses each year to keep inline with the Association of Reflexologists (AOR) regulations and insurance. These courses so far are, hand, spinal and vertical reflexology, which helps to meet your needs and create wonderfully personal and individual treatments.
