My training in Indian Head Massage was in 2000, my love of the treatment hasn’t diminished at all over the years, It still amazes me that it can be a massage of invigoration and lift our spirits or have the opposite effect and calm the spirit depending on what is needed.
Bringing fresh blood and oxygen to the area, this may help relieve tension, aches and pains and other symptoms of stress, this could have a contributing factor helping on an emotional level too.
What's lovely is no special equipment is needed as its done sat in a chair. A session lasts 30/60 minutes.
